Tell Me Tuesday

Tell Me Tuesday with Canadian Mama
Hosted by Canadian Mama

Discussion about last week's TMT: Thank you all so much for the discipline advice! I am hoping, like most of you said, that it's his age. He only had one meltdown this week, when we took a trip to Sam's for diapers. He wanted to be independent and walk instead of riding in the buggy, which resulted in us being there 30 minutes longer than we should have been, and numerous things being touched, misplaced, and knocked off the shelf. I finally put my foot down, picked his little butt up and hauled him out kicking and screaming..and left the diapers! Needless to say, he didn't get to watch his DVD player on the way home (which was kind of a relief because I'm so tired of hearing Woody and Buzz Light Year, and I actually got to listen to the radio on the way home), and got put straight in bed for a nap when we got home. He woke up ready to give hugs and kisses and in a great mood, so his meltdown was soon forgotten and a thing in the past. I remind myself to not lose patience, when he's throwing a tantrum I always think about this song:

.

Question for this week's TMT: Is there a song that reminds you of something, like your children, your husband, or anything?

-Just wanted to add this in there, I got a +OPK this morning so I'm assuming the 50mg worked! :) Keep your fingers crossed for me! I go for blood work to check next week and will let you all know.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog, and for the encouragement.

To answer your Tell Me Tuesday question, Diamond Rio's "One More Day" always makes me think of my dearly-departed aunt.

Congrats on the + OPK. Here's to hoping you get a C1 BFP!

It won't take many trips like the one to Sam's for Mason to know you mean business. I know it can be a huge pain to leave the store without what you went there to buy, but it sends a powerful message.

"You had me from Hello" by Bon Jovi reminds me of my DH (it was our first dance at our wedding). The `Superman Song`by the Crash Test Dummies reminds me of my DH singing to the boys when they were newborns. "The Gambler" by Kenny Rogers reminds me of all the crazy nights closing the bars in my college days... The list could go on and on. I love music and have songs that remind me of just about every time in my life.

Good luck and baby dust!! Yay for only one meltdown! Everytime I hear Fireflies by Owl City I think of my son, and Then by Brad Paisley makes me think of my husband because that's our song :)

Is it bad that there really isn't a song for me? Kind of feeling like a bad wife/mommy now lol!

Good luck with the ovulation - lots of baby vibes being sent your way!!

Yay for the +OPK!!! I'm so excited for you, although I can't think of what is going/did happen because of that +! I really hope you get a BFP this month!

We have to tell Hayden that if he stays in the back of the cart, he won't get buckled in the front. If he gets out, we buckle him and put Keagan in the back. He hates that, so he's usually pretty good!

Almost every song I hear reminds me of my kids, but lately it's been "I Wanna Be Just Like You Dad" and "All American Girl" Just makes me think of my kiddos!

Good luck!! I was insane on the Clomid too so I switched to Femara... it was like night and day. Hopefully this cycle will give you a +, but if it doesn't ask about trying Femara next cycle.
