Sunday Randomness

  • First of all, thank you all so much for the discipline advice. I'll talk about that more in detail on the next Tell Me Tuesday.
  • I finally finished the Clomid last Thursday, that stuff makes me pretty homicidal. Just sayin'. I should ovulate early this week, we shall see! I bought some OPK's so that should tell me if the pills are working before my blood work on the 29th. When I was trying to get pregnant with Mason the 50mg wasn't enough, so they had to double me up the next cycle. I really hope this time around the 50mg is enough to make me ovulate, I hate Clomid's side effects with a passion.
  • Mason cut his hand last week and had to get stitches, that was a nightmare. He screamed so much he lost his voice for the rest of the day. He has to get them removed this week, wish us luck on that one. He wont even let us look at his hand right now, much less someone he doesn't know holding him down and snipping at him.
  • I'm wanting to plan a trip soon to San Antonio for the weekend, I think Mason and Garrett would really enjoy Sea World or the Zoo...and mommy and daddy will enjoy the River Walk. Hopefully we can make that happen within a few months before it get's too hot.
  • For those of you that I only know through Blogging, and not on Facebook- Garrett is my cousin..my mom has custody of him though (long story), but he stays with us some because him and Mason are only a little over a year apart, and they have a blast together. They are like brothers!
  • I had to change my blog background, it was a bit TOO much pink. I want to figure out how to make the header nicer and add a signature to my posts.
  • I'm really starting to love this whole blog thing again, it's good to be back and blogging, and reading everyone's blog again too!

Oh man, poor little guy. Stitches are awful no matter how old you are. I hope they come out smoothly and his hand heals up.

Sorry about the stitches. I hope it goes well.

I also hope that your TTC journey is a short one. You deserve it to be...

Here's also hoping you make it to San Antonio to the zoo. I am hoping to take the boys to our local zoo this summer sometime. They've never been and I think they would love it. Zoos are just so much fun for the little ones!

Did you change your font color or background color? I can't read your posts anymore, it's just a pink colored box, no words. The comments don't even show, just more of the bright pink background. I can see the link "post a comment" and when I click it, I can see the comments posted since it's just the black font in white, no more of the pink. What a bummer! You finally start blogging again and I can't read it due to your colored font and/or background!

My DR mentioned clomid...I really REALLY hope I don't need it because the side effects I've heard about are TERRIBLE! Yikes! I hope you catch that egg ASAP and just get pregnant already! ;) hehe
